Free shipping is available for destinations currently supported during checkout. No shipping charge is added to eligible orders.

Any taxes or charges collected by SMILEREPUBLIC will be displayed during checkout. Charges not collected during checkout may be assessed by the destination country, local authorities, or shipping carrier and are generally the responsibility of the recipient unless otherwise stated.
6. Shipping and Delivery
Orders are processed and shipped according to our Shipping Policy.
Orders placed through this website are primarily fulfilled and shipped from a fulfillment facility in Dongguan, Guangdong, China.
Processing and delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the destination, shipping carrier, customs processing, local delivery conditions, weather, public holidays, or other circumstances outside our reasonable control.
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
If you notice an address error after placing an order, please contact us as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after processing or shipment has begun.
If a package appears delayed, missing, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, contact us at support@smilerepublic.us with your order number. Any resolution will be based on the order details, tracking information, carrier investigation, and applicable circumstances.

7. Returns and Refunds
Return requests must be submitted within 14 calendar days after the order is delivered.
Customers must contact us and receive return approval and instructions before sending any item.
Depending on the order, destination, and approved return arrangement, our customer service team may provide a return address in China or a U.S. return receiving address in Irvine, California.
The Irvine location is used for approved returns only. It is not our business headquarters or primary shipping origin.
Customers are generally responsible for return shipping costs when returning an item because of size, fit, preference, or another reason unrelated to a defect or fulfillment error.
If an item is damaged, defective, or different from the item ordered, customers should contact us with their order number and clear photographs so that we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.
We do not process direct product exchanges through the website. Customers who need a different product, color, or size should follow the return process and place a new order.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method in accordance with the timeframes stated in our Returns & Refund Policy.
