SMILEREPUBLIC is operated by our China-based business entity, 上海不亦说乎国际贸易有限公司. Orders placed through our online store are primarily shipped from our fulfillment center in Dongguan, Guangdong, China.

Returns

To be eligible for a return:

The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

All tags must be intact, and the item must be returned in its original packaging.

A receipt or proof of purchase is required.

If your return request is approved, we will provide return instructions. Please do not send any item back before contacting us. Items sent back without prior approval may not be accepted.

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you receive the item you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is approved and processed, place a new order for the replacement item.

Refunds
