Shipping Policy

At SMILEREPUBLIC, we process orders as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed.

SMILEREPUBLIC is operated by our China-based business entity, 上海不亦说乎国际贸易有限公司. Orders placed through our online store are primarily shipped from our fulfillment center in Dongguan, Guangdong, China.

Processing Time:
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. During peak seasons, holidays, or promotional periods, processing may take slightly longer.

Shipping Origin:
Orders are primarily shipped from our fulfillment center in Dongguan, Guangdong, China.

Estimated Delivery Time:
For orders shipped to the United States, transit time usually takes 8–18 business days after the order has been shipped. Including processing time, the total estimated delivery time is usually 9–21 business days.

For other international destinations, transit time usually takes approximately 11–23 business days after the order has been shipped. Including processing time, the total estimated delivery time is usually 12–26 business days, depending on your location, shipping carrier, customs processing, and local delivery conditions.

Shipping Confirmation and Tracking:
After placing your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. Once your order has shipped, we will send you a shipping confirmation email with tracking information when available.

Shipping Address:
Please make sure your shipping address is complete and accurate before placing your order. SMILEREPUBLIC is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, or outdated shipping information provided by the customer.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages:
If your tracking information shows that your package has been delivered but you have not received it, please contact the shipping carrier first and then contact our customer service team at support@smilerepublic.us. We will do our best to help you investigate the issue, but we cannot guarantee replacement or refund for packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or other local fees depending on the destination country or region. These fees are the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise stated at checkout.
